A story of many miracles

In the beginning, we were seven friends convinced that God had called us to Curitiba city.
We decided to obey. Later 3 others joined us. Thus is born the Agape Ministry, an evangelistic ministry from Belo Horizonte that had as main activity the Evangelistic Impacts and Discipleship. It was the beginning of a story of miracles. The friendship with YWAM was old and many works were made in partnership. Until the day that God led Pr. Marcos de Souza Borges and his wife Raquel Borges (founders of the Ministry), to get into the family of International Ywam Ministry.
After 15 years of activities in Curitiba, the base becomes YWAM Almirante Tamandaré. Today it has dozens of workers, many of them preparing for pioneering projects, including the implementation of YWAM Schools and new ministries.

We are called to worship and to obey our Lord serving his Body, the Church, and bring his word to all people.

YWAM Almirante Tamandaré develops several training programs, seminars, and many other schools, including missionary training, counseling, training for disciple-makers, communication, and church planting.
